    이기기를 다투는 자마다 모든 일에 절제하나니 
    그들은 썩을 승리자의 관을 얻고자 하되 우리는 
    썩지 아니할 것을 얻고자 하노라
              
    ___가 썩지 아니할 영원한 하나님 나라의 가치를 
    위해 모든 일에 절제 하며 자기 몸을 복종시키는 
    훈련을 기꺼이 하게 하소서.

    Self training

    Every athlete exercises self-control 

    in all things. They do it to receive a 

    perishable wreath, but we an imperishable.

    
    

    Grant ___ the willingness to train 

    himself/herself in self-control in all things, 

    for the value of the eternal Kingdom of 

    God that does not perish.
