• • 호주 다민족 마이피10주년을 맞이하면서 우리 아이들이 마이피 기도와 함께 자란지 어언10년이 되었습니다. 제 나이는 점점 들어가고 다음세대를 이어갈 우리 자녀는 어엿한 성년이 되었습니다. 이제 곧 결혼하여 자녀도 낳고, 그 자녀가 또 그 다음세대를 계속하여 이어가게 되겠지요. 이렇듯 우리의 자녀는 미래의 소망입니다.

    
    

    하나님께서 이 세상을 창조하시고 이르시되 생육하고 번성하여 땅에 충만 하라고 하였습니다. 그런데 요즘은 결혼하지 않고, 결혼을 하여도 자녀를 낳지 않는 사람이 점점 많아지고 있습니다. 문명은 급변하고 있으며, 가치관의 혼란 중에 살고 있습니다. 우리의 자녀들은 하나님을 믿는 믿음을 지켜가기가 갈수록 어려워질 것입니다. 마이피 기도는 미래의 소망인 자녀에 대하여 생각할수록 앞이 깜깜한 것 같고, 길이 없을 것 같은 미래에 답을 주는 길이요, 빛이요, 진리입니다

    
    

    하나님 나라가 오는 그날까지 우리 모두 마이피 기도의 열정을 잃지 않고 끝까지 싸워 승리하기를 간절히 기도합니다.

     

    As we approach the 10^th anniversary of MIPI Australia, it has also been 10 years since our children have grown with MIPI and its prayers. As I have aged, the next generations in our children are also becoming adults. They will soon marry and have children of their own who will then become the next generation. These children are the hope of our future.

    
    

    God has created this world and commanded us to grow and multiply in it. These days we see more of those who do not marry and many who do not have children. As society changes, its values change and we live in confusion and disorder. It is becoming more difficult for our children who love the Lord to guard their faith. MIPI prayer provides a way, a light and truth amidst this dark world with little hope and light that our children must live in. 

    
    

    I pray that we do not lose our passion and hope in MIPI by enduring in prayer until the day His kingdom come.
